The Rihbell team has provided Fund Monitoring services for over 20 years, for numerous funding organisations. These range from collaborating with start-up developers on their journey into property through to established regional developers.
Our role of fund monitor plays a crucial part in the management of financial funds, ensuring commercial performance, risk management and compliance of regulatory requirements. Transparent communications are essential so all parties fully appreciate risks throughout.

Our Building Surveying service provides comprehensive support across the full lifecycle of property ownership and management. We deliver Asset and Portfolio Condition Surveys and Pre-Acquisition Condition Surveys to support strategic investment decisions, as well as Dilapidation Surveys and Schedules of Condition to protect client interests during lease negotiations and occupation.
Our team undertakes detailed Defect Analysis and provides specialist Contract Administration under both JCT and NEC frameworks, including the NEC4 Accredited Supervisor role. We also offer Contract Clerk of Works services to ensure quality and compliance throughout construction, along with Party Wall Surveys and negotiations to manage neighbourly matters and statutory obligations effectively.
